Fish stick based on wheat protein with a nice bite due to the crispy crust. Delicious with a hot meal. The fish sticks weigh 25 grams each.

38% rehydrated wheat protein, water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, colour (annatto bixin, annatto norbixin)), wheat starch, onion, sunflower oil, pickle, wheat flour, lemon juice, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, pices), thickener (methylcellulose), spices, salt, herbs, leek, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), seaweed.

Preparation method

Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.

Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).

Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
