56% rehydrated wheat– and pea protein, water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast), sunflower oil, flour (wheat, rice, maize), starch (maize, tapioca, potato), wheat fibre, thickener (carrageenan, methylcellulose, xanthan gum, guar gom), spices, lemon juice, natural flavoring, salt, yeast extract, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), rapeseed protein hydrolyzate, iron, zinc, vitamin B12.

Preparation method

Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 6 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.

Airfryer:
Heat for about 5 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (170°C).

Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 7 minutes.
