Vegan Pumpkin-Carrot Oatballs
Meatballs based on carrot, pumpkin and oats. Delicious as a snack or a good addition to a hot meal. The balls weigh 15 grams each.
30% carrot, 30% pumpkin, 17% oats, water, sunflower oil, bamboo fibre, thickener (methylcellulose), sea salt, spices, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid), herbs, iron, zinc, vitamin B12.

Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 6-8 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Heat in preheated oven (180°C) for approx. 7-9 minutes.
