Organic Vegetarian Burger
This soy-based burger is delicious with a hot meal or a good basis for a tasty burger. The burger weighs 75 grams.
66% hydrated soy flour*, onion*, sunflower oil*, chickenegg protein*, spices* (onion powder*, garlic powder*, parsnip powder*, coriander*, cumin*, white pepper*, nutmeg*), potato starch*, wheat flour*, soy sauce* (water, soy beans*, salt), salt, thickener (guargom*), vinegar*, acidity regulator (citric acid).

Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Heat for about 8 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Heat in preheated oven (200°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
Grill the burger for about 8 minutes, turning regularly.
