These balls have a firm bite and are based on soy and wheat protein. Delicious as a snack or in a quick pasta with vegetables. Also perfect for a vegetarian barbecue. The balls weigh 15 grams each.

61% rehydrated wheat protein, onion, sunflower oil, wheat starch, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose, carrageenan), sugar, salt, spices, hydrolyzed rapeseed protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, garlic, acidity regulator (citric acid), natural flavouring, vinegar, barley malt extract, herbs.

Preparation method

Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.

Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (160°C).

Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
