Vegan Crispy Schnitzel

The cornflake breading gives the wheat protein-based crispy schnitzel a nice crispy bite. Delicious with a hot meal with potatoes and vegetables or in a wrap with iceberg lettuce and chili sauce. The crispy schnitzels weigh 90 grams each.

Preparation method

Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.

Heat for about 10 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (220°C).

Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
