Vegan Cordon Bleu
The cordon bleu with vegan cheese and ham has a nice crispy bite due to the breadcrumb coating and a creamy filling. The cordon bleu is based on wheat protein. The Cordon Bleu weighs 100 grams each.

Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 7-8 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.
Heat for about 10 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
