Vegan Falafel

Falafel balls with a basis of chickpeas and Mediterranean herbs. Delicious in a pita bread with tomatoes, red onion, lettuce and coriander. The falafel balls are available in 10g and 20g.

64% hydrated chickpeas, water, onion, sunflower oil, parsley, thickener (guar gom), spices, salt, vinegar, acidity regulator (citric acid).

Preparation method

Fry until golden brown in oil or butter (turning frequently) +/- 4 minutes.

Heat in preheated airfryer (180°C) for approx. 6 minutes.

Heat in a preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 12 minutes.
