Vegan Nuggets

These vegan nuggets, based on wheat protein, have a good bite and are deliciously crispy thanks to the coating of breadcrumbs. The plant-based snack for on the dinner plate and also very popular with children. The vegan nuggets weigh 20 grams each.

Ingredients

45% rehydrated wheat protein, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, spices, salt, yeast), wheat starch, onion, sunflower oil, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), thickener (methylcellulose), spices, sugar, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid), vinegar, natural flavouring, herbs.

Preparation method

Pan:
Fry in hot oil or butter for approx. 4 minutes on medium heat. Turn frequently.

Airfryer:
Heat for about 6 minutes in a pre-heated airfryer (180°C).

Oven:
Heat in preheated oven (220°C) for approx. 10 minutes.
